Children's Ministry

Children at St. Paul experience God’s love and acceptance through Faith Formation. In order to help our children grow in their faith we offer the following throughout the year: Sunday School, SonShine Friends after school on Wednesdays, Sonshine Choir, and Summer Vacation Bible School. We also offer events for them throughout the year like a day at our local pool.

Sunday School at St. Paul's is held on Sunday mornings from 11:00 until noon. There are classes for children from 4-years-old through 6th grade. Sunday School runs from September through May.

SonShine Friends is for children in grades Kindergarten through 6. This after school program focuses on different aspects of our faith. They meet after school on Wednesdays from 3-4:30pm. For more information on this, contact Holly Klemisch, Faith Formation Director. Kindergarten -2nd Graders (Group A) and 3-6th Grade (Group B). The two groups rotate every other week and runs from September through the beginning of May.

Every Monday, from September through May, a quilting group meets at the church. The quilters make quilts to be sent to Lutheran World Relief, the Linus Project, and a variety of other charities. They also make baptismal quilts for each child baptized at St. Paul's. In addition, quilts are made for the Camp of the Cross Quilt Auction and the Spring Supper raffle. Everyone is invited to join the quilting group.
